How to Connect Social Media Accounts in Minvo

Connect multiple social accounts to schedule, manage and publish from one place — Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn.

Add a Social Media Account

1. Go to the Social section in your dashboard
2. Open "Accounts" to view existing connections
3. Click "Add Account" and select the platform
4. Log in and authorize — grants Minvo permission to post on your behalf
5. Repeat if needed for additional accounts

Copy to Brand (Recommended for Multiple Accounts)

Use when you manage multiple brands with shared social accounts and want to avoid reconnecting the same account repeatedly.

1. Select "Copy to Brand" when linking an existing connection
2. Assign to another brand — links the same account without duplication

Troubleshooting Connection Issues

1. Confirm whether it's a new or existing connection — prevents duplicates
2. Send details to support: a screen recording of the attempt, the social page/channel link, and the brand name in Minvo
