How to Check Your Plan and Remaining Minutes in Minvo

You can see which plan you are on, how many upload minutes you have left and when they reset, all from inside the app.

See Your Remaining Minutes at a Glance

The clock icon in the top bar shows how many upload minutes you have left in the current cycle. Hover over it to see how many days until your minutes reset. If your plan includes unlimited minutes, this counter is not shown.

Open Your Plan Details

1. Click your profile picture (top-right)
2. Select Manage Account
3. Your current plan is shown at the top of the Billing page

The plan card lists:

• Your plan name (Free, Creator, Pro or Pro+), with a Lifetime Plan tag if you bought through AppSumo
• The upload hours (or minutes) included each month
• The maximum upload length and file size
• The maximum clip export quality, and whether exports carry a watermark
• The date your subscription renews, or a Cancelled tag if you have cancelled

Check Your Usage History

Open Usage in your account settings to see the minutes added to your account and the minutes used over the last 90 days.

Using Minvo Through a Partner Platform

If you use Minvo through a partner platform, your plan and minutes are managed by that partner, so the plan card is not shown on the Minvo side. Reach out to us from the chat widget if you are not sure what your plan includes.
